Installation and commissioning

Mounting at the station, wiring, commissioning and operator training — on your shop floor.

What has to be ready on your side
  • Internet access over Ethernet — a network socket at the station.
  • Power: 3 × 400 V for the welding machine, 230 V for the computer and the monitor.
  • A stable base for the arm: a table or frame bolted to the floor.
  • Fume extraction and arc screening at the station.
  • Shielding gas and wire, connected.
  • Parts for the first welds and the fixture that holds them.
  • An operator for the one-day training, and hall access for our crew.
