Dual Camera Setup on a MAG Welding Cell: Thin-Wall Materials in Production

Two torches. Two cameras. Two monitors. One operator.

This is a dual-torch MAG 135 welding cell at a customer site, welding thin-wall materials. Each torch has its own Rocket Retina camera, and each camera feeds its own industrial monitor — mounted right on the cell enclosure, next to the Fronius power source panels.

The operator sees both weld pools in real-time. Full HD, dual-exposure — the arc, the pool, and the surrounding material all visible in one image. One camera per torch.
